The Hows have worked with the Swedish Institute and their Management Program as leadership experts for their program running in Asia, Africa, and Europe.

The program was run for several months and The Hows designed and facilitated sessions with different groups with a focus on responsible leadership and building strong and resilient teams.

We have done longer digital training in remote leadership and collaboration for companies like King, Hemnet, Greenpeace, and many more. All training combines theory, hands on tasks, reflection groups, and individual coaching.

 

Doctors Without Borders

A 2-day innovation sprint during Doctors Without Borders’ Pediatric days. In a process based on Design Thinking, The Hows brought together interdisciplinary teams and provided them with frames, energy, and innovation tools to design prototypes to help MSF Medics with pediatric challenges in the field.
